OPTION 2: OPEN A SUPPORT TICKET

If you weren't able to find the information you need in the knowledgebase, the next step is to open a ticket. Our Support Team is responsive, friendly and available to help you 7 days a week. An account is not required, but you will need a valid email address. If you sent an email to support@bayithomeautomation.com then a ticket has already been created for you.
