OPTION 2: OPEN A SUPPORT TICKETIf you weren't able to find the information you need in the knowledgebase, the next step is to open a ticket. Our Support Team is responsive, friendly and available to help you 7 days a week. An account is not required, but you will need a valid email address. If you sent an email to firstname.lastname@example.org then a ticket has already been created for you. Check your email for a notification containing your ticket number. Once you have located your ticket number, you may check the status of your ticket a the link below.
